Easter manicure

On my left hand:

Thumb: Kiko 332, smooth application, beautiful colour;
Index: Debby 206, love the colour, very easy to apply and very opaque, I did 2 coats for good measure but 1 would have been ok too;
Medium: Kiko 288, love the colour, Barbie pink slightly pulling violet, 3 coats;
Ring: Illamasqua Serenity, gorgeous turquoise, amazing application, 2 coats, self-levelling, dries to a rubber finish but I like glossy so I topped it with Essence "Better than gel nails" top coat;
Pinky: Catrice Planet Tokyo, lovely bright green, very easy application, 2 coats.

On my right hand:

Thumb: Essence With X's and O's, lovely lilac, easy application, 2 coats;

Index: Gosh Peachy, I love this colour, it's dark peach, I had to do 3 coats for full opacity;

Medium: Sinful Colors Pink Forever, lovely Barbie pink, opaque in 3 coats;

Ring: Illamasqua Noble, gorgeous turquoise, slightly darker than Serenity, fantastic application, fully opaque in 2 coats;

Pinky: Essence Upper Green Side, love this colour, light pistachio green, easy application, 2 coats.  

Stamping:

I used a combination of designs from Nailways "Spring Time - Easter Bunny" and HB Nails HB38 plates, plus Konad M60 and an Essence plate for the flowers. I love all of these plates and I highly recommend them!

Butter LONDON "Jack the Lad"

Butter LONDON Jack the Lad is an absolutely stunning polish, it's a darkish (but NOT blackened) forest green base with gold, blue and light green shimmer. I am a sucker for green polishes and this is probably my favourite ever. This was 3 coats, you can get away with 2 but I think 3 is best to cover up any little bald spots.  

I wanted to try out the BarryM gold foil polish that I bought the other day, many ladies recommended it for stamping and I soooo agree with them, it's perfect! The Butter London was so pretty that I didn't want to stamp on it but I was too eager to try my new gold stamping polish. 

Thumb: Dashica Big SdP D (I love that fireworks design!);

Index: BM 209;

Medium: BM 212;

Ring: Dashica Big SdP B;

Pinky: Dashica SdP 40 (My Melodyyy!).

OPI "Louvre me louvre me not"

OPI Louvre me louvre me not is a plummy purple colour with a subtle fuchsia shimmer, which really comes alive in the sun. I love this one, it's very elegant and classy. 2 coats, self-levelling, easy application.

And now some stamping. I finally got hold of the BarryM foil polishes and I'm happy to agree with many others that they work amazing for stamping! My ring fingernail came out a tad sloppy but that was totally my fault.

My first attempt at water marbling

It kind of sucks admittedly but hey, it's my first try and I like it, I thought it would turn out much worse.

Jessica "Gingersnap"

Jessica Gingersnap is a beautiful and very hard to describe polish. I would say it's a sparkly brownish gold with red and green micro glitter. Sometimes it looks copper, too. It can look brownish gold, plain gold or copper (with the green and especially the red glitter showing through in all 3 cases) according to the lighting, it's gorgeous.
