Revlon 220 "Rain Forest"

Oh wow I am a sucker for shimmery forest greens and this one is fantabulous! Luscious deep (but not blackened by any means, mind you) green packed with light green microglitter. Easy application, 2 coats, perfection.

the white at the tips is not tipwear, it's my topcoat shrinking a bit

And now some stamping featuring a few Dashica plates. These plates are divine and I'm so happy with them! I wish I had better stamping polishes in my stash, they are never quite as sharp as I would care for them to be, but these designs are so pretty that they still look great regardless of the not-so-perfect polishes:

I love it that they included some My Melody designs, she's so cute!

Kiko 424 "Pearly Siren"

This is from Kiko's new Celebration collection. I had a hard time photographing this one, most of the time my camera refused to detect the very-evident-in-real-life purple shimmer and just made the polish look plain blue, so I had to resort to the good old blurry shots. In the sun it does look mostly just blue, but in the shade and artificial lighting the purple is there indeed, to the point of taking over sometimes. I kept looking back and forth at my camera monitor and at my nails and I was like "hey, my nails are purple, where the hell does this blue come from?!". The  first 6 photos are not the best quality but at least they show the real colour of this polish. 3 coats, 2 would have sufficed but I did one more for good measure. Easy application. I like it quite a lot!

A little bit of stamping using a number of Dashica plates, which I absolutely adore, mind-blowing designs and top quality! Belated Christmassy mani

Stamping over Catrice Rest in the Forest, which is a lovely wintery colour, it's a champagne with pink microglitter throughout (the last picture shows it the best out of the 5). I thought it suited this theme perfectly. I was a bit sloppy in the stamping of some of the designs (no fault of the plates), I have yet to master this art, chances are I never will but whatever, I have fun! Still I love it, it's very wintery and matches the freezing cold weather we've been having over the last few days.

Orly Royal Velvet

Orly Royal Velvet is a a plum base with a very, very strong blue shimmer. This one's a stunner, depending on how the light hits it it can look blue, blue with a plummy undertone, plum, plum with blue shimmer or even just shimmery purple. It goes on a bit sheer, so I did 3 coats for full opacity. I friggin' love this one.

OPI Live and let die

OPI Live and let die is a gorgeous blackened green with green and gold shimmer. In the sun it takes on like a bluish tinge, I mean it becomes a different shade of green with a subtle blue undertone and not as blackened any more (hope it makes sense), as shown in the last 2 pictures.

BB Couture Bonnie

BB Couture Bonnie is a beautiful forest green jelly packed with green microglitter. It's opaque in 2 coats but I did 3 for more precision. I love it, it's stunning! My pictures don't do it justice.
